For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. Royal711 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Royal711 targets its services at Malaysian residents and does not knowingly provide services to residents of jurisdictions where such services are explicitly prohibited.
2.3 One Account Per Member. Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any one-time PINs issued to your registered mobile number. Royal711 will never request your password in any communication. You must notify royal711 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.2 Device Security. Royal711 accepts no liability for losses resulting from access to your account by a third party using your credentials where such access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable credential security, including leaving a browser session open on a shared device.
3.3 Transaction Records. All transactions, bets, and game results recorded in the royal711 system constitute the definitive record of account activity. In the event of a dispute between a Member's records and the Platform's records, the Platform's server-side records shall prevail.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods. Royal711 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) payment methods including but not limited to: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), and other methods listed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold will be rejected by the payment gateway and may take up to three business days to reverse.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification. First withdrawal requests from any account require identity documentation before processing commences. Royal711 targets same-day processing for verified accounts on standard withdrawal amounts. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. Royal711 applies anti-money laundering controls that may require withdrawals to be returned to the original funding source used for deposits. Royal711 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source of funds deposited into a Gaming Wallet.
4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed and must accumulate to the minimum before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by royal711 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. General bonus terms are as follows unless superseded by promotion-specific terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements are applied to Bonus Funds only unless a promotion expressly states that requirements apply to the deposit amount plus bonus. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. Royal711 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or claw back any bonus, promotion, or winnings derived from bonus play where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage with the Platform in good faith.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically without compensation. Expired Bonus Funds will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result at the completion of the relevant event as recognised by the Platform's data provider. Royal711 relies on authoritative data providers for result confirmation and shall not be bound by unofficial sources, media reports, or outcomes challenged by participating bodies after settlement.
6.2 Live In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the Platform's discretion, including during goal-scoring incidents, red cards, or technical disruptions to the Platform's data feed. Bets placed during a suspended market are void.
6.3 Casino Games. All casino game results are generated by certified Random Number Generator systems sourced from licensed game studios. Royal711 does not modify or have the ability to alter RNG outputs from certified game providers. 6.5 Void Bets. Royal711 reserves the right to void any bet where the market was erroneously priced due to a technical error, data feed fault, or human error, or where the bet was placed after the relevant event had already commenced without the Member's knowledge.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Members found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct are subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
8.1 All content on the royal711 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trade marks, software, game assets, text, graphics, user interface design, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of royal711 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, royal711 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9.2 Royal711 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect access. Royal711 shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
9.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits royal711's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian or international law.
10.1 Age Restriction. All Platform services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. Royal711 employs age verification measures at registration and at the point of withdrawal, and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
10.2 Self-Imposed Controls. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, session time limits, or request cooling-off periods or self-exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the period selected and cannot be reversed by customer support before the exclusion period expires.
10.3 Problem Gambling. 11.1 By royal711. Royal711 may suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused promotional terms, or poses a regulatory compliance risk to the Platform.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of an account for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to royal711 will be returned to the Member via the original payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
11.3 By Member. Members may close their account at any time by contacting royal711 live support. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Members should withdraw all real-money balances before submitting a closure request.
12.1 This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with it shall be subject to the governing framework established under the licensing authority under which royal711 operates. Where disputes arise between the Member and the Platform, the first step is direct escalation to royal711 customer support via live chat or email.
12.2 Where a dispute cannot be resolved via customer support within 30 days of escalation, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by royal711's licensing authority. Royal711 agrees to participate in any such mechanism in good faith.
12.3 The determination of royal711's system records shall be the primary reference point in any dispute regarding bet placement, game results, or account transaction history.
13.1 Royal711 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, unless emergency circumstances require immediate implementation.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Members who do not accept the revised terms must close their account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
